1. Introduction

The Human Resource (HR) Policy of Shree Shyam-Baba Micro Growth Foundation establishes the principles, standards, and procedures for recruiting, developing, managing, and retaining employees while promoting a professional, ethical, and inclusive work environment.

This policy applies to all permanent employees, contractual staff, probationary employees, temporary staff, consultants, interns, volunteers, and field staff working with the Foundation.

7. Appointment

Every selected employee shall receive:

8. Probation

New employees may be placed on probation for 0-3 months, subject to the terms of their appointment letter. Confirmation of employment will be based on satisfactory performance.

9. Working Hours

  • Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Lunch Break: 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM
  • Sunday: Weekly Off

Note:- Field staff may follow different schedules based on operational requirements.

10. Attendance

Employees Shall :

  • Report on time
  • Record attendance through prescribed systems
  • Inform supervisors regarding delay or absence

Unauthorized absence may result in disciplinary action.

11. Leave Policy

Employees may be eligible for:

  • Casual Leave
  • Sick Leave
  • Earned Leave
  • Maternity Leave(as per applicable law)
  • Paternity Leave (if adopted by the Foundation)
  • Special Leave (Management Approval)

Leave must be approved before availing except in emergency situations.

12. Salary & Benefits

Employees shall receive:

Salary payments are normally processed through bank transfer.

13. Code of Conduct

14. Anti-Harassment Policy

19. Disciplinary Action

Misconduct may include:

  • Unauthorized Absence

Disciplinary measures may include:

  • Verbal Warning
  • Written Warning

20. Resignation

Employees intending to resign must submit a written resignation and complete the notice period mentioned in their appointment letter unless waived by the Foundation.

21. Termination

Employment may be terminated under the following circumstances:

  • Misconduct
  • Unsatisfactory Performance
  • Organizational Restructuring
  • Mutual Agreement
  • Other Lawful Reasons

The Foundation will follow applicable legal requirements.

22. Grievance Redressal

Employees may raise workplace concerns through the HR Department or designated authority.

All grievances will be handled fairly, confidentially, and without retaliation.

23. Compliance

All employees must comply with:
